From Passion to Purpose: The Story Behind MindVibes
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with self-development and creating change and have always known there was something exciting at the intersection of neuroscience and spirituality.
Right now people are in pain and I deeply believe the corporate world needs more emotional support. We drive behavioural change through inspirational neuroscience-based coaching, interactive teaching, and scientifically proven frameworks. Our learning is grounded in neuroplasticity (the brain's ability to rewire itself), positive psychology, and holistic wellbeing for sustainable leadership.
We started out with group coaching initiatives and our journey led us to launching our personalised Wellbeing Clinic that facilitates holistic health programmes tailored to individual employee needs.
Today we’ve coached over 1,000 individuals and are proud to be working with companies as diverse as WPP, big Pharma, and leading charities such as Brooke.
